How far is it to important places? Not far at all: 15-20 minutes on the 460, 461, 462 bus circuit (s) through to Whitfords, Joondalup Shops & rail stations, then network rail through to Perth CBD. 20-30 minutes from Perth CBD by car; if you work in the big smoke. 1hr or so if you work at the Southern end of Perth.
If you are in the Joondalup Learning Precinct, ECU University, West Coast Tafe, Police & Nursing colleges you’re not far from work or study using the public transport. Not far from the Joondalup City Shopping Centre, Cinemas, etc. by car just up the Mitchell Freeway. Not far at all from a small corner shop, should you fancy something local & it’s literally just around the corner & next to a 461 bus stop.
